Return and Refund Policy

Eligible Returns:

  • Physical Items: Items you've purchased can generally be returned.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Services I provide are not eligible for return.

Return Procedure:

  • Contact Me: If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 3 days of receipt.

  • Return Details: I'll provide you with specific return instructions.

  • Return Shipping: You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Cooling off period: 

  • You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order to cancel your purchase. This means you can return the item(s) for a full refund, no questions asked. If you wish to cancel your order within this period, please contact me at jw@jaimewiles.com
    The cooling off period doesn't apply to any services.

Refunds:

  • Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the returned item.

  • Amount: Refunds will be issued for the item's price, minus any applicable transaction fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Report Issue: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me within 48 hours and provide a photo.

  • Replacement or Refund: I'll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

Missing or Delayed Packages:

  • Compensation: If your package is missing or delayed, I'll provide a full refund or replacement (if available).

  • Waiting Period: There may be a waiting period, typically 7-10 business days or as specified by the courier.

Service Dissatisfaction:

  • Contact Me: If you're dissatisfied with a service, please contact me directly.

  • Resolution: I'll strive to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

  • Partial Refund: In certain cases, I may offer a partial refund of up to 50% if a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached.
